SimNational Homes 451 KLM Series: Siskiyou
1BR/2BA Home with a BIG pool

SimNational Homes451: KLM Series-Siskiyou $100,582
(Sims2, University, NightLife, Family Fun Stuff, Open For Business, & Glamour Life Stuff are all installed on my system. If you get the "Expansion Pack Required" error when you attempt to install this lot, try running it through Clean Pack Installer & attempting installation again.)

The Siskiyou home offers the coziness of a compact design with the spaciousness of an open air floor plan. This home features a detached single bedroom with twin baths separated from the main unit by an open breeze way. The main unit of this home features a spacious living area attached to a sizable diner style kitchen and diningroom.

The yard space of the Siskiyou is dominated by a sizable pool, making this the perfect home for the athletic minded Sim. The elevated spa area is sure to make this home a prime location for entertaining guests poolside.

Bringing you the tomorrow that never was today.

Oh I love this, the simplicity of the house style and the pool an spa. Very nice thank you!

Thank you, everyone.

This home was based off the Glide House modular home series by Michelle Kaufmann Designs. Their site has some pretty interesting layouts based off the modular concept.

This is one of those design concepts that inspires 6 houses while you're building one. LOL I came up with another layout idea just looking at your comments.

The next one I post will be another MKD home based off their SeaBreeze floorplan.
