  OFB Business trick
I was having trouble keeping my normal businesses up and going because they were not making money fast enough. Well I stumbled onto a trick that gives them a little operating capital. Here's what you do: Have your Sim owner buy the most expensive statue in the buy catalog(Grey Lady), I buy about 20 of them. while he is on his home lot. Next open up his Inventory catalog and add all the statues to his inventory. Now go to their business lot, And reopen his Inventory and place the statues on the lot. Close the Inventory and open up the buy catalog and sell all the statues back to the buy catalog. Now look at your Sims business cash flow and it should have increased by 120,000 simoleons. Now your sim has a little breathing room and can afford to hire that extra Sim.
